Please note that refunds will not be granted if most of the content has been accessed or completed, if the request is made after the 7-day period, or if the reason for the request is a simple change of mind. Accidental purchases may also not be eligible for a refund if the course materials have already been accessed.

We aim to process all refund inquiries within 3 to 5 business days. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
